There are painters and then there is Chris & Kira Luckett and their team of professionals. We have lived in at least 21 different homes in our adult life all over the country. We’ve needed various painting projects done in each of them. We’ve dealt with some good painters, some not so good painters, and also some that shouldn’t even try to call themselves painters. Then we ran across Chris and Kira Luckett. At the time I was on the Board of an HOA and we were in desperate need of getting a significant amount of repairs and painting done to the townhomes. We had a fixed budget and we couldn’t afford to pick the wrong team. We needed to get the project done right. Chris and Kira had just completed a project for one of the townhome owners who made them aware of our need. They bid on the project and won our business. While they weren’t the lowest bidder, they were the best at articulating the maintenance repairs that were needed, the approach they would use to deal with the different types of exteriors (painted brick, stucco and hardy plank), and what we could expect in a final product. They conducted themselves very professionally through the entire bid/selection process but more importantly they delivered on their commitment. The Board couldn’t have been more pleased not to mention the high satisfaction of the townhome owners.
